We do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, personal documents, or stored files. However, to provide the full functionality of the app, we may request access to certain device features and data with your explicit permission. These permissions are used solely to provide app features and are not used to collect, upload, or share your personal content.
We may request access to the following:
Camera
Used for capturing images for document scanning, converting images into PDF documents, editing PDF-related images, and extracting text from images using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. All image processing occurs locally on your device. No photos or scanned documents are uploaded or stored by us.
All Files Access / Storage Permission
Our app may request the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to enable broad file access necessary for core document management features, including access to the Documents, Download, and SD card directories.
This permission allows you to:
View and manage PDF files stored on your device
Rename, delete, merge, split, print, encrypt, decrypt, and share PDF files
Create PDF documents from images, text or scan.
Import and export PDF files
Save generated PDFs, images, and ZIP files to device storage
Automatically scan and display local device images within a built-in custom gallery interface for seamless selection
Granting this permission is completely optional and fully controlled by you. You may choose whether to allow or deny access. If permission is denied, some file management features may be limited, but basic functionality of the app may still remain available through Android’s built-in file picker system.
This permission is used only for core file management features such as browsing, organizing, and editing PDF files across device storage. The app follows Google Play’s “All files access” policy and requests this permission only when required. Users can still use basic functionality through system file picker without granting this permission.
This permission is not used for accessing media files unrelated to user-initiated actions. We do not access, collect, upload, analyze, or share your files or file contents. All file operations are performed locally on your device.
Photos & Videos Access via System Picker
Our app utilizes Android’s built-in, secure storage access framework (ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT) when you intentionally choose to load local images. This occurs when utilizing features such as converting images to PDF, editing PDF documents, or extracting text from images .
Through this native system framework, the app does not look at your gallery directly. Instead, Android launches its own secure system file browser window. You retain full control and manually tap only the specific images you wish to bring into the app. Alternatively, if you choose to grant "All Files Access", images can be loaded directly as local file documents.
No photos, media streams, or image files are uploaded, stored, or shared by us. All image-to-PDF compilation and processing operations are executed strictly on-device and offline.
Internet & Network State
Used for:
Displaying advertisements through Google AdMob
Downloading PDF or image files from external links (such as Google Drive or direct URLs)
Supporting Firebase services such as analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration
Third-party services such as AdMob and Firebase may collect limited device or usage information according to their own privacy policies.
Media/Documents Access
Used for importing images or text files, converting them into PDF documents, and extracting text or images from existing PDF files.
All document and media processing is performed locally on your device.
Local Processing
We do not upload, store, or share your PDFs, images, text, or personal documents on any external server. All processing and file management operations are handled locally on your device.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or files with third parties for marketing purposes.
We request permissions such as storage, camera only to enable related features in the app. You can decline these permissions; however, some features may be limited or unavailable without the necessary permissions.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Permission (All Files Access)
Our app requests the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to enable essential document management features. This permission is fully user-controlled and can be granted or denied at any time.
If granted, it allows the app to access and manage PDF files across device storage and automatically load compatible local images into an integrated custom gallery. If denied, the app bypasses full storage indexing completely, and users can instead select specific media manually using Android’s secure system file picker.
We do not collect, upload, or transmit any files or file contents. All operations are performed locally on your device.
All files and data (such as PDFs, images, or text) remain on your device until you choose to delete them. We do not keep copies of your files or data after you delete them. We do not retain any personal data or documents on our servers.
