By downloading, accessing, or using the PDF Converter & Photo Scanner app and its services offered through the App Store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the app immediately.
a. Subscription Plans
You may select from a variety of subscription options, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Each plan may vary in price, duration, and available features.
b. Free Trial
Some subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged to your Apple ID account.
c. Payment
You agree to pay all subscription fees associated with your selected plan, as listed on the App Store. All payments are processed through Apple and billed to your Apple ID account.
d. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
e. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
b. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.
c. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.

All content, features, and functionality of the app including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by or licensed to PDF Converter & Photo Scanner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
b. User-Generated Content
If you upload or submit any content via the app, you retain ownership but grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute it solely in connection with operating and improving the service.
Your use of this app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The app and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Converter & Photo Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app’s developer is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or App Store listing. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
