Welcome to PDF Box. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PDF Box mobile application (the "Service" or "App").
Agreement to Terms: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
PDF Box is a mobile utility application designed to help users view, edit, organize, and convert PDF documents. The core functionality of the App operates entirely via local processing on your mobile device. We do not provide cloud storage for your files, and your documents remain under your sole ownership and control.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree NOT to:
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws.
To perform its file utility features, the App requires the All Files Access permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). Denying this permission will restrict your ability to use the primary functions of the App. All file operations occur strictly locally on your device.
PDF Box is offered as a free app and is supported by ad revenue. The App integrates third-party ad networks (such as AdMob, AppLovin, Meta, Pangle, Vungle, and Mintegral). We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the content, accuracy, or products shown in third-party advertisements.
All intellectual property rights in the App (including branding, code, and user interface) belong exclusively to us. You retain exclusive ownership of any files or documents you open or process using the App.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL MOBILE DEVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR DEVICE DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. BECAUSE ALL PROCESSING OCCURS LOCALLY, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR OWN CRITICAL DOCUMENTS.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of substantial changes via the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
