PCSC2019 is organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines to enable local and neighboring computing educators, researchers, ICT professionals, and students to interact and to share their work in computing, computer science, computational science, and information and communications technology (ICT). The conference features special lectures by prominent researchers and educators and contributed papers in ICT, computing, computer science, computational science, and related disciplines.

Conference Dates: March 28-30, 2019 (Thursday-Saturday)
Deadline of Paper Submission: January 11, 2019 (Monday) EXTENDED to JANUARY 21, 2019
Paper Submission
Submitted papers must be original, and not submitted concurrently to a journal or another conference/symposium. Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers and must get an average positive rating for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.
Papers must use prescribed PCSC 2019 templates and must be submitted as PDF through the Easy Chair conference system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pcsc2019. You may have to create an account first at www.easychair.org in order to submit your paper.
PCSC2019 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review for or has already been published or accepted for publication in a journal or another conference. Authors are also required not to submit their papers elsewhere during PCSC2019 review period.

In partnership with the Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP), the National University is hosting the 19th Philippine Computing Science Congress (PCSC). The PCSC 2019 will be held on March 28-30, 2019, at the National University, 551 M.F. Jhocson St., Sampaloc, PH 1008, Philippines.
The three day congress will serve as venue for ICT Professionals and students alike to interact and share their research works and expertise in computing, computer science, computer engineering, computational science and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The conference will feature special lectures from prominent researchers and educators in the information and communications technology and contributed research papers on computing and ICT.
The Computing Society of the Philippines is an organization promoting research and development in computing science, computer science, computer engineering, computational science, ICT education and related disciplines by promoting the exchange of knowledge in this field, especially at the tertiary and graduate levels. The main objective being: “To be an advocate for progressive policies and develop programs that affects the computing sector and establishes linkages with other organizations in the pursuit of common goals.”
