About Us
At PCCAZ, we are a registered non-governmental and non-profit civil society organization based in Kabwe, Central Province, Zambia. Rooted in the principles of human and health rights, we are dedicated to fostering positive change and creating a conducive environment for inmates, ex-mates, and communities.
Our Commitment
PCCAZ is committed to upholding human rights, fundamental freedoms and the principles of good governance. Our resolve is to provide representation, access to information, services, and promote livelihood development for those we serve.
Organizational Structure
Our organization is led by a dedicated team, including the Director, Administrative Manager, Accountant, Program Manager, Strategic and Planning Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Engagement, and District Coordinators. We operate in strict compliance with Zambian laws and the NGO Act (Cap 2007).

Contribute to society integration, reduce recidivism, Fight against GBV and educate communities for a self-fulfilled and constructive Zambia. Upholding human rights, fundamental freedoms, protecting Women rights and are at the core of our mission.
PROFILE FOR THE ORGANISATION
Psychology counselling care and advocacy of Zambia which was formed in 2018 to help change the national and communities and individual who suffer psychological problem in their household, business, working firm. The core counselling condition in tackle these sensitive issues, in the Human personality and social behaviour and the communities at large. The organisation has adopted Health Services, Psycho-social services and Legal services through holistic manner with counselling technique when working.
