Effective Date: 2026
PCB Studio Maker (“the App”) is developed by Mirza Pasic (“we,” “us,” or “the Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PCB Studio Maker on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
PCB Studio Maker does not require account registration and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the Developer.
The App does not include third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or profiling services.
We do not collect:
Your name, email address, or contact information
Location data
Device identifiers
Advertising identifiers
Browsing history
Usage analytics
PCB designs or project contents
AI Assistant questions
Imported or exported files
PCB projects, component placements, routes, board text, schematics, manufacturing settings, and related design information are stored locally on your device.
The Developer does not have access to your projects or files.
When you export, import, save, open, or share a project, the operation is performed through Apple’s system file picker or share sheet. Files are transferred only to the location or application you select.
If you save a file to iCloud Drive or another third-party storage provider, that provider’s privacy policy applies to the file.
The AI Electronics Assistant uses Apple’s on-device language model when the required Apple technology is available.
If the on-device language model is unavailable, the App uses its built-in offline electronics reference.
Your questions, PCB project context, component information, and AI responses are not sent to a PCB Studio Maker server or stored by the Developer.
Apple’s system software and on-device intelligence features are governed by Apple’s privacy policies and device settings.
PCB Studio Maker offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called PCB Studio Pro.
Purchases, subscription management, renewals, cancellations, payment information, and purchase history are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
PCB Studio Maker reads verified subscription entitlement information from StoreKit to determine whether Pro features are active. This may include:
Subscription product identifier
Subscription status
Entitlement verification result
Subscription expiration date
The App does not receive or store your payment card information, billing address, or Apple Account password.
Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or other third parties.
Information may be processed by Apple when you:
Download or update the App
Purchase or restore a subscription
Use Apple’s system file picker or share sheet
Save files to iCloud Drive
Use supported Apple on-device intelligence features
Apple acts according to its own privacy policies and provides its own security protections.
Because the Developer does not collect or store personal information on external servers, there is no server-based user profile or personal data record to delete.
Project data remains on your device until you:
Delete a project within the App
Delete an exported project file
Remove the App and its locally stored data
Delete files from iCloud Drive or another selected storage provider
Files shared with another application must be deleted from that application separately.
Deleting PCB Studio Maker does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings.
You control the project information stored by PCB Studio Maker.
You can:
Delete locally stored projects
Choose whether and where files are exported
Remove imported and exported files
Manage iCloud Drive access through Apple device settings
Cancel or manage your subscription through your Apple Account
Uninstall the App to remove its locally stored application data
Because we do not maintain user accounts or store personal information on our servers, we generally have no personal information to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
PCB Studio Maker relies on Apple platform security and application sandboxing to protect locally stored application data.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any locations where you export or share PCB project files.
No electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security, but the App is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping project and AI data on your device.
PCB Studio Maker is a professional electronics design application and is not directed specifically at children.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
PCB Studio Maker does not transfer user projects or personal information to Developer-operated servers in other countries.
Apple services, iCloud Drive, and third-party storage providers may process information according to their own terms, infrastructure, and privacy policies.
The App may contain links to Apple services, subscription management, Terms of Use, or other external resources.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites and services. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or its App Store listing when appropriate.
