What Information We Store

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Payout Tracker stores the following information locally and exclusively on your device:

• Account credentials (username and password, stored securely on your device only)

• Security question answers (for password recovery, stored locally)

• Earnings data: payout amounts, dates, categories, and notes you enter

• Achievement progress: milestones, streaks, XP, and level progress

• App preferences: theme, sound, language, and display settings

• Premium status: whether you have an active subscription

Important: This data is encrypted on your device, never uploaded to any servers, never shared with third parties, and deleted when you uninstall the app or remove your account.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect, store, or have access to:

• Your real name or email address

• Your bank account or payment card details

• Your location or GPS data

• Your contacts, photos, or other personal files

• Any data you enter into the app - it never reaches our servers

Third-Party Services

For Free Users: Google AdMob

Free users see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device information (device type, OS version)

• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

• Approximate location (based on IP address)

• Advertising identifiers

What AdMob does NOT receive: your earnings data, payout amounts, categories, or any data you enter into the app.

Premium subscribers process payments through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment processing, subscription status, and renewal. Google does NOT receive your earnings data or any information you enter into the app.

How We Use Your Information

The data stored on your device is used solely to:

• Display your earnings history and statistics

• Track achievement progress, streaks, and XP

• Provide app functionality (filtering, categories, goals)
