When you use the App, we collect certain information automatically through Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics: Usage data:
- App opens, session duration, and screen views
- Features accessed and interaction patterns
- In-app events (e.g. reminders set, medications added — as anonymous counts, never the content)
Device and technical data:
- Device model, operating system version, and language settings
- App version
- A randomly assigned, pseudonymous device identifier (not linked to your identity)
- Country or region (derived from IP address, not stored)
Crash and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics):
- Stack traces and error logs at the time of a crash
- Device state at time of crash (memory, OS version)
- These logs do not include your pet or medication data
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is processed by Google LLC. None of your pet names, medication details, photos, or health-related content are included in any analytics or
crash events.
2.3 Purchase Information
If you purchase the Premium version, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation that a valid purchase was made — we never see your payment method, card details, or billing address. Purchase verification is handled server-side by Google.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To provide the App's functionality — scheduling reminders, tracking doses, and displaying your pet's medication history
- To improve the App — analytics data helps us understand which features are useful and where users encounter problems
- To fix bugs — crash reports help us identify and resolve technical issues
- To verify purchases — ensuring Premium features are unlocked for paying users
- To comply with legal obligations — if required by applicable law
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Data Storage and Security
All pet and medication data you enter is stored locally on your device using Android's standard secure database mechanisms. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up using Android's built-in backup features (controlled by your Google account settings, not by us).
Analytics and crash data is stored on Google's servers in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any data, and you use the App at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
- On-device data (pets, medications, history): retained until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App
- Analytics data: retained by Google Firebase per their default retention periods (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics)
- Purchase records: retained by Google Play in accordance with their policies
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The App does not contain links to third-party websites. The Google Play store and Firebase services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
