PawLog is a pet health tracking app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Email address and name (for account creation)
Pet information: names, breeds, ages, photos, and health data you enter
Health records: medications, vet appointments, weight entries, and health notes
Basic app activity to improve the service (no advertising identifiers)
To provide and operate the PawLog service
To power AI pet detection and health recommendations
To send medication and appointment reminders you set up
To enable household sharing with members you invite
To respond to support requests
Your data is stored securely on our servers and locally on your device. We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Session tokens are stored in your device's secure storage and are never shared.
When you use the pet scanning feature, your photo is sent to an AI service for analysis. Images are processed in real time to identify your pet's breed and are not stored by us beyond the duration of the request.
When you create or join a household, other members can see the pet and health data associated with that household. You control who you invite. You can leave or delete a household at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with:
AI service providers (for pet scanning, as described above)
Our hosting infrastructure providers, under strict data processing agreements
Law enforcement, only when required by law
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the PawLog service:
Account data: Retained while your account is active. Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Pet & health records: Retained while your account is active. Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Pet scan images: Not stored. Processed in real time and immediately discarded.
Session tokens: Stored on your device only. Invalidated upon logout or account deletion.
You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing lukas.mojcak@gmail.com with subject "PawLog Account Deletion Request". Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
