Identification of the dual inhibitors against breast cancer targets using in silico and in vitro studies

Research Interest:
Finding out new chemical entities from natural substances against cancer, HIV, malaria, TB, etc. by using Computer aided drug design and molecular modeling (QSAR, Docking, Pharmacophore mapping, Virtual screening and 3D database searching and Molecular dynamics simulations, etc.)
Pharmaceutical repositioning/repurposing of marketed drugs/inhibitors/nutrients against novel targets and their lead optimizations.
De novo drug design against novel targets for identifications of novel lead molecules.
In-silico screening and analysis of the natural chemicals to find out novel potential activity
