Dr. Pawan Singh is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computational Sciences, Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer Since 18 January 2023. Before joining the Central University of Rajasthan, Dr. Singh worked as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Computer Science at the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India, since 19th September 2012. He holds Ph.D. Degree from the IGNTU, Amarkantak and M.C.A. degree from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Besides having actively participated in teaching various courses at Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer and IGNTU, Amarkantak, he has two years of teaching experience at Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Singh served as Faculty Cum System Administrator at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Sardhana, Meerut, Utter Pradesh in the year 2010 also.

His research interests include Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Hybrid Network Systems like Intelligent Transportation Systems and Internet-of-things, and Designing routing protocols for VANETs & FANETs. He has published more than 15 research papers in reputed International/National Journals and conferences like IEEE Access, Springer Nature, Wiley, MDPI, etc. He has professional membership of the Computer Society of India (CSI) and IEEE.
