Paw Circle is a private community app where neighbors help neighbors care for their dogs.

Questions, problems, or want your account or data removed? Email pz.zandgroup@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days. Reports of abuse or unsafe behavior are reviewed within 24 hours.
You can also delete your account yourself in the app: Profile > Account > Delete account.

Who we are. Paw Circle ("we") is operated by Parsa Zandieh, Franklin, Tennessee.
What we collect
Account details: first name, last name, email address, and password (stored securely by our app platform).
Profile photo, if you add one.
Dog details you enter: name, breed, age, size, temperament, care notes, and photo.
Care requests, offers to help, messages, and reports you create in the app.
Your device location, once when you join, to match you to a neighborhood. We ask permission first.
How we use it
To run the app: show your requests to neighbors in your neighborhood and let members message each other about a request.
To keep the community safe: review reports and remove content or accounts that break our guidelines.
To send in-app notifications about your requests and offers.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Members of your neighborhood can see your first name, last initial, photo, your dogs, and your open requests.
Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation.
We use service providers to host and distribute the app (Bubble and Apple). They process data only to provide those services.
Your choices and deletion
Edit your profile and dogs any time in the app.
Delete your account in the app (Profile > Account > Delete account), or email us. Deleting removes your name, photo, location, and email and cancels your open requests. Past requests and messages stay for other members' records and are shown as "Former Member."
You can withdraw location permission in your phone's Settings.
Children. Paw Circle is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this policy we will update the date above.

TERMS OF USE
Paw Circle connects neighbors. Members are neighbors, not employees or professional pet-care providers.
We do not screen, insure, or supervise members, and we are not responsible for what happens during a visit. Use your own judgment about who you trust with your dog and home.
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, or requests for payment outside the app's token system. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, and we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred outside the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Be respectful.
Be honest about your dog and your availability.
Keep it about dogs.
Protect privacy. Do not share another person's personal information.
Use Report or Block in any conversation to flag a problem.
