Pauline Madiès

Welcome to my website!

I am a 4th year PhD Candidate in Economics at Sciences Po Paris under the supervision of Jeanne Hagenbach & José de Sousa and a research affiliate at the LIEPP. In Spring 2026 I visited UC Berkeley, under the supervision of Prof Patrick Kline. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of Labor and Behavioral Economics, with a focus on worker sorting and gender homophily in the labor market.
