These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pattern Studio (the “App”) provided by Pattern Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent where permitted) to use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (such as designs, drawings, and files).
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only as needed to operate app features you use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
Interfere with app security or service integrity.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, UI, and related materials (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pattern Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the App.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Developer's Country, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be resolved in courts located in [JURISDICTION], unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
