Physicals after April 1, 2025, will be accepted for the upcoming season. Physicals must be completed and turned into the LHS Activities Office before participating in open gym and summer programs. They can also be emailed to Samantha.Schilling@k12.sd.us (documents must be scanned - no photographs).
