Witchy is a police officer undercover as a witch. Her and squirrel work for the LAW!!! Witchy always carries around a broom and magic wand with her that are stored in hammerspace as well.

The Jackson was Patrick's temporary cellmate. I think she might be in love with Patrick or she's finding someone to love. She thinks she's not fat.
