This Privacy Policy describes how PathShift: Arrow Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game on iOS.
Account & Profile Information
- If you sign in with Google, we collect your Google account ID, display name, and email address to identify your account and enable cross-device progress syncing.
- If you sign in with Apple, we collect the unique identifier Apple provides for your account, and your name and email only if you choose to share them with the App. Because Apple only shares your name on your first sign-in, the App may also ask you to enter a display name, which we store with your account.
- If you play as a guest, we collect none of this — your progress stays on your device only and is never sent to our servers.
Gameplay Data
- Your level progress (how far you have unlocked) and whether you have purchased Remove Ads. This is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our servers so you can continue on another device.
- The App has no leaderboard and no social features, so no gameplay information about you is shown to other players.
Purchase Information
- If you purchase Remove Ads, Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit) processes the transaction. We receive only the information needed to grant your purchase (the product identifier and a purchase confirmation) — we do not receive or store your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Apple.
Advertising Information
The App shows ads using Google AdMob, which may work with mediation partners such as Unity Ads to show and measure ads. AdMob and its mediation partners may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA, subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission) and other device and usage information to show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. See the policies below for details.
Analytics & Automatically Collected Information
- The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to record gameplay events — such as levels started, completed, or failed, and hint usage — along with standard device and usage information (e.g., device type, app version, app opens), to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- Standard technical information from Apple's App Store services and from Google AdMob (e.g., device type, app version) is used to keep the App working reliably and to deliver ads.
App Tracking Transparency
- On first launch the App asks for permission to track, as required by Apple. If you allow it, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show ads chosen based on your interests and to measure them. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data — the App does not request these permissions.
- To save and restore your level progress across devices.
- To process purchases and grant the Remove Ads unlock, including restoring it on a new device.
- To show advertisements and measure their performance.
- To maintain and improve the App, and to detect/prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account and all of its data directly inside the App at any time: open Settings from the main menu and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm it is really you, after which your stored progress and account information are permanently removed from our servers and from the device. This cannot be undone.
If you would rather request deletion by email, contact us at the address below from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in so we can verify and locate your account. We will delete your stored progress and identifying information within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law (e.g., purchase records).
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund any purchase; purchases are handled by Apple.
PathShift: Arrow Puzzle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
- You can allow or refuse app tracking when the App asks, and change it later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device, along with your ad personalization settings.
- You can purchase Remove Ads to stop seeing banner advertisements.
- You can sign out at any time from the Settings screen, which stops any further account-linked data collection on that device.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from within the App, as described above.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
