Path Tiles is provided by [DEVELOPER NAME AS SHOWN ON GOOGLE PLAY] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Path Tiles mobile application (“the App”).
Path Tiles does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The App stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include completed levels, the current level, move counts, sound and haptic settings, advertising-removal status, and related gameplay settings. We do not receive this locally stored information on our own servers.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
• Device and advertising identifiers
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Advertising interactions and impressions
• Device, application, and diagnostic information
• Information used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and regulatory compliance
Where required, the App asks for advertising consent before requesting ads and provides access to applicable privacy choices. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, region, device settings, and Google’s policies.

Path Tiles offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Google may process purchase information, account information, device information, and transaction identifiers according to its own privacy policy. The App may check your Google Play purchase status to determine whether the remove-ads entitlement is active.
The App may use Expo Application Services to check for and download software updates.
During this process, Expo may process technical information such as your IP address, device and application information, update identifiers, and diagnostic information required to deliver and secure updates.

Information handled through the App and its service providers may be used to:
• Provide and maintain the App
• Save game progress and preferences on your device
• Display and measure advertisements
• Process and restore purchases
• Obtain and manage advertising consent
• Deliver application updates
• Diagnose technical problems
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers that support the App, including Google AdMob, Google Play, and Expo. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Game progress and preferences stored locally remain on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App.
Path Tiles does not provide user accounts, and we do not maintain an independent server-side account database for the App.
Third-party providers retain information according to their respective policies and legal obligations. You can manage advertising privacy choices through the App when the privacy-options control is available, through your device’s privacy settings, and through your Google Account settings.
We use reasonable measures and reputable service providers to protect information handled through the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Path Tiles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this location and update the effective date above.
