GENERALS

• I reserve the right to not accept your commission. I deserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason (in that case if i was paid im gonna send a refund).

• You must be 18 years or older to order adult content. You, by ordering anything 18+/NSFW, agree that you are 18 years old or older. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in a blacklist/block on all social networks, email and any other means of contact. 

• Prices are flexible depending on the complexity of your request. 

• Before making an order, please, be sure you really like my art, im a self-taught artist. I don't make refunds!
  
  

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Payment only via Paypal.

• Payment is upfront. I'll start the commission once I received the payment.

• A full refund can be asked before I start your commission or if I cannot continue your commission, if I've already done the sketch you cannot ask for a refund.

• Once the work is complete I cannot refund it.
  
  

COMMUNICATION

• I will always share wips for approval and you can ask for changes if you want to (only sketch).

• Please be reachable, pending to your private messages during the sketching/wip period/answer asap! This is very important. Once everything is correct and you approve it i can keep going with the comission and it wont be necesary. 

• Sometimes i take more time than was expected to finish a comission, BUT ill stay in contact with you letting you know how the commission is going, if i need more time etc, in case something really hard for me happens i will notice so. Dont complain about it after!!! You will get your comission done for sure.

• Please do not stress me out by sending pms all day or all days asking how your comission is going! instead of that check my profile to see hows your commission going. Youre free yo ask me any doubts but please do not be annoying.

DELIVERY

• Commissions will be delivered depending on the length of my queue, I usually a month (depending on the commission complexity). You can ask me about my commission's queue.

• Final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive or sent via email if preferred.
  
  

USE

• You may use the art for personal use (avatar, cover, print, wallpaper), with proper credit.

• Commercial use is not allowed without prior consent.

• You may reupload the artwork with credit and proper links to my social media.

• Do not remove my signature, profit from the art, or claim it as your own. 

• I retain all copyrights over my work. Therefore, I require proper credit and I have the right to use it as self-promotion and post my art.

• Character(s) visual reference(s): Really good ones please, its very important, front and back clear view/full body. If the character has any tattoo please send it in PNG format if you can, it helps a lot. If the character has something that its not in the reference like a tattoo, a piercing or anything that you want me to add PLEASE SAY IT so i can add it while sketching, otherwise i wont add it.

•  Images MUST BE IN JPEG OR PNG FORMAT!

• The e-mail where you want me to send the full resolution/versions etc.

• Order description (pose, outfit, anything with images as a reference of what you want plz).

• Paypal address to send the invoice.
