On Friday, August 1st, the proposed budget and rate study was overturned due to a large majority of notified parcel owners protesting the charges. This is a short-term "win," but the issues of groundwater management and stewardship, the looming threat of State intervention, and PRAGA pursuing alternative methods of funding its budget remain.
