Children in the Immersion program attend one of five different schools, but are united in the goal of a bilingual education. JUNTOS en Español means TOGETHER, which represents PASI. Our organization advocates and supports the Spanish Immersion Program within the Sioux Falls Public School System. Direct and indirect donations to PASI help to fund grants in turn allowing teachers to enhance their classroom resources, as well as support Spanish-speaking interns in the classroom. Spanish Assistants (Interns) are an integral part of our students immersion education. We are grateful to have 16 interns for the 2022-2023 school year. Consider donating to our intern fund today!

What your generous donations provide:
A $300 donation supports one intern's stipend for the month.
A $500 monthly for 12 months supports one intern.
A $6000 donation funds one intern for one year. This provides their monthly stipend, daily school lunch, and fees paid to Amity for VISA paperwork, background checks, etc.

When your child is in fifth grade, their class will attend a fabulous Spanish weekend field trip at Concordia’s Language Village. For a sneak preview of the camps, check out their website.
PASI offers you the opportunity to earn money for your trip, using the RaiseRight gift card program. You can begin participating in RaiseRight immediately, regardless of what grade your students are currently in, and the earnings continue each year and transfer to siblings. Once you have earned the cost of your fifth grade trip (avg $350 per student), you can continue earning and put it towards other siblings or the optional middle school trip – Peru in 2021.
RaiseRight is a simple, effective way for non-profit organizations to raise money. Families purchase gift cards to local merchants (Best Buy, HyVee, Starbucks, Kohls, Applebees, Walmart/Sam’s, Target, Amazon and many more!) through www.shopwithscrip.com.
