Vincent Devoux, better known by his entertainment name, Gawtti, is a member of the pioneering Hip Hop group Boo Yaa Tribe. The Rap collective group, consisting of Gawtti’s Brothers (Godfather, Kobra, Monsta O, Ganxsta Ridd, Murder) & few other Family members, broke barriers entering into the music scene in the late 80’s, during the rise of the West coast Rap era. Boo Yaa Tribe, highly touted as innovators in the music industry, as they were the first Polynesian Hip Hop act to sign a major record deal, signing to Island Records, under Chris Blackwell. Blackwell, most famous for discovering & introducing the world to Bob Marley, was captivated by the Samoan rap outfit, that not only rapped but played their own instruments & sang as well. Now with 30+ years in the music scene under their belts, Gawtti & his Brothers are still well respected & are considered pillars in the Music Industry.
Within the last decade, Gawtti has cemented his name & efforts in Las Vegas as a Businessman & Entrepreneur, with endeavors in a few different industries, namely Private Security, VIP Concierge Services, also with consultant experience in Retail, Video Gaming Industry, Restauranteur-ship & now currently in the Cannabis Industry, specializing in the further development of Hemp Studies. Gawtti still has his foot in the music & entertainment business, as that will always be his first passion, but his desire is to more so educate & motivate the future generations to keep pushing the culture forward!
“They asked us 30 years ago in interviews, ‘What’s a Samoan?’ , I’m proud that me & my Brothers helped to answer that question then, but to see just how far we as Polynesians have come, we are everywhere! In sports, in entertainment, in the news, making moves, you name it...everywhere! And then to see the bright future ahead? It makes me even more proud to be a part of this movement!”
Tenelle Christine Luafalemana has been described by many as "a breath of fresh air". Her natural beauty and wholesome smile permeates on stage as she captivates listeners with her soulful sultry sound. Tenelle isn't exactly sure of when her love for singing first started, but suggests that "growing up in Carson CA, with a big family, where talent shows are more competitive than the X-Factor itself, may have well did it!" As a child, @Tenelle recalls listening to artists such as Lauryn Hill, Betty Wright, and Gwen Stefani, while watching films such as the original Sparkle, dreaming of the big stage. Years later she would find herself on that stage performing her #1 hit singles "Flava" and "Get Some" in front of hundreds and thousands of people all over the world including Japan, New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific Islands, and the U.S.
"If my singing makes you smile, and a smile can change the world...I want to make the world smile.”
