2. Information We Collect We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:
Personal Data: When you log in using "Continue with Google," we collect your Google account information, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
User-Generated Content: We collect the text, images, videos, and comments you post to the social feed, your marketplace listings, and the messages you send via our real-time chat feature.
Audio and Voice Data: If you use our voice-interaction features to speak with the AI assistant (Pashu AI or the farming AI), we collect the audio recordings to process your requests and provide responses.
Location Data: We collect approximate location data (such as city or locality) when you provide it to filter marketplace listings or tag your posts. We do not track continuous, precise GPS coordinates in the background.
Business Dashboard Data: We collect the income, expense, and analytics data you manually enter into the business tracking dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account.
Facilitate the buying and selling process in the marketplace.
Display your profile, posts, and listings to other users.
Process your voice and text queries using our AI systems to provide farming and pet advice.
Enable real-time user-to-user chat functionality.
Provide business analytics and dashboards based on your inputs.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
4. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure Our application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The primary infrastructure and service providers we use include:
Google Play Services & Google Sign-In: For secure authentication.
Firebase: For database management, real-time chat delivery, and user authentication.
Cloudflare R2: For hosting and delivering media files (images, videos) associated with your feed and marketplace listings.
5. Sharing of Your Information
With Other Users: Your public profile, feed posts, marketplace listings, and approximate location are visible to other users. Messages sent in real-time chat are visible to the recipient.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency in India).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. User Controls and Account Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. To delete your account:
Navigate to the App Settings.
Select "Delete Account". Upon request, we will permanently delete your personal information, marketplace listings, and social feed posts from our active databases, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
7. Security of Your Information We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
