Let Parents Vote

Mission

We are committed to allowing all parents in Pasadena Unified School District to vote for their respective school board member.

All means ALL; regardless of nationality, citizenship, or other status.

We need your help NOW!

The PUSD Board is considering a resolution to support the ballot measure this Thursday, July 30th (Item J2 on the agenda). We think it's going to pass. If the resolution does pass, the next step would be for City Council to approve consideration of this measure by voters. The last meeting for the City Council to do that in time for the November 2020 elections is August 3rd.

Submit Public Comment

For those in support of this idea, we would love for you to submit a public comment in support. Per the board instructions, you can send your comments prior to the meeting start time (Thursday at 3pm) to superintendent@pusd.us to be read by the Board Vice President. In your comments, please provide no more than 450 words to keep within the three-minute time limit. Please reference item J2 and/or Resolution 2578.

Endorse the Proposal

Also, if you're able and willing, we would love to have your formal endorsement, which you can submit here on our website. The proposal has already been endorsed by many community leaders, including PUSD candidates from every district, Sierra Madre Councilmember and former Board of Supervisors candidate, John Harabedian, Alhambra City Councilmember, Adele Andrade-Stadler, Pasadenans Organizing for Progress (POP!), and many more!
