LF Party Deck (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the App processes.

1. Data we do NOT collect: Name, email, phone number, address, or identity information; password / user account (there is no login system for players); location data; contacts, camera, microphone, or device sensors; advertising or analytics identifiers (the App contains no ads or analytics).

2. The only data we process (entered by you): Display name (does not have to be your real name; can be anonymous); avatar (a choice from a predefined list); game state (room code, scores, votes, and game settings).

3. Storage and retention: In multiplayer (online) games, your display name, avatar, and game state are temporarily stored on our server to sync the game across devices. When a room is closed, the related data is deleted. Abandoned rooms are automatically deleted after 6 hours of inactivity. Preferences such as language, +18 content confirmation, and last game settings are stored only locally on your device and are not separately sent to the server.

4. Sharing with third parties: Your data is never shared with or sold to any third party. The App does not send data to external services such as analytics, ad networks, email/SMS providers, or AI services.

5. Adult content (+18): Adult (+18) content categories are disabled by default and shown only after the user explicitly confirms.

6. Children's privacy: The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your rights: Since no persistent personal data other than a display name is kept, game data is automatically deleted when a room closes. For any questions or requests, contact us at lorefront.sm@gmail.com.

8. Changes: This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
