Welcome to my homepage!
I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, under the mentorship of Christoph Thäle, and an associate scientist with the DFG Priority Programme on Random Geometric Systems. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany, where I worked with Benedikt Jahnel. I received my Ph.D. from Indian Statistical Institute, supervised by Antar Bandyopadhyay. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute.
My research interests lie in theoretical and applied probability, with a focus on discrete problems arising from statistical physics, combinatorics, and computer science. In perfect alignment with these interests, I chose Branching Random Walk as the subject of my Ph.D. dissertation. In addition, I have worked on Percolation and Traffic Flow in Telecommunication Networks. During my postdoctoral tenure, I have also studied Interacting Particle Systems, Heat Kernels of Random Walks on Graphs, Ising Model on Random Graphs and Gibbs Measures.
