Green Chile Telegraph - June 2023

Welcome to Summer, Parrot Heads! Time to break out those flip flops and tanks, and enjoy the summer sunshine here in the 505.

A quick recap:

The Hicks' Hacienda survived the Derby Day Margarita Birthday Bash. There are no reports of any appliances nor pets injured during this event, however, some livers were damaged in the crossfire. In addition to all the fun, over $200 was raised for Watermelon Mountain Ranch.

The National Wine Day Happy Hour at Vara Winery was a success. Vara rolled out the red carpet and had an advanced warning to place the Parrot Heads in a separate area to allow our phlock the freedom to fly. Wine flights, yummy tapas and drinks from their hand-crafted spirit menu were enjoyed by those in attendance. Thanks to all who came and enjoyed the vino.

Up next are the events for the coming weeks: (for those of us stuck back on land and not sailing)
