The conference takes place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
The conference is on Level 3 of KLCC, in rooms 7A, 7B and 7C. Please follow the signs when entering the building.
The registration desk is situated on Level 3, in front of the meeting rooms.
Participants will be able to collect their badges and welcome pack between 13.00 and 14.30 on Friday 28 November.
The President of the Senate of Malaysia will host an Official dinner at parliament on Friday 28 November.
All participants are invited. Please wear your conference badge.
Transport will leave from the KLCC conference venue at 18.30, immediately after the close of the session.
The Official dinner will begin at 20.00.
After the Official dinner, transport will be provided from parliament to the KLCC conference venue.
Plenary sessions will be held in Room 7A on the afternoons of Friday 28 and Sunday 30 November.
At all other times, three “workshop” sessions will be held in parallel in rooms 7A, 7B and 7C. Workshop sessions include group work, collaborative problem-solving exercises, and practical activities. Participants can freely choose which workshop sessions they participate in.
There is free seating in all rooms. Participants can freely choose where they sit.
The “Unconference” on the morning of 30 November is a space where participants can gather in small groups to discuss topics of mutual interest. The list of Unconference topics will be established during the conference. No interpretation will be provided during the Unconference.
Interpretation is provided in Arabic, English, French and Spanish in all sessions, except the "Unconference".
Refreshments and coffee breaks are served immediately outside the meeting rooms.

11.00 and 16.00 on Saturday and Sunday
Lunch is served in Hall 8 on Level 4 of KLCC. To get there, please follow the signs in the conference centre.
