Video download guide

1. Prepare your clip

Click the 'Download' tab located under the video player.

Drag the play head to your chosen starting point.

Click the Set Start Time button.

Now drag the play head to your desired end time.

Click the Set End Time button.

You can refine your start and end time by using the back and forward buttons on the play bar.

These will help you move forward and back by :

Select whether you want to receive a video or audio download link.

Scroll to read the terms and conditions.

Click the check box at the end of the terms and conditions to agree.

Click Continue.

Type in the email address you want your download link to be sent to.

Click 'I'm not a robot'.

Now click 'Make Clip'

Your confirmation message will display on screen.

Your clip is now on its way...

You can now make another clip if you wish, but note you have a limit of 5 clips that can be sent to your email address in a 24 hour period.

You will get a confirmation email with all the details of your clip request.

Then you will receive an email with your download link.
