NOTICE: As of July 2017 the Parkborough voluntary HOA has dissolved. Accounts are closed, and the PO Box will be decommissioned by the Post Office in the coming weeks. Emails to the HOA will no longer be answered, and this website will go offline by the end of 2017.

Remaining dues were used for final weed spraying along Picadilly and Dorado, and to remove the HOA signs at the corners of Picadilly and E. Dorado, and Picadilly and S. Netherland Street. Any dues sent in to the Parkborough voluntary HOA after July 26, 2017 will be returned to sender by the Post Office.

Dan Dawson has stepped down and moved on. We'd like to thank Dan for his years of service in running the Parkborough voluntary HOA, keeping all of us appraised via regular HOA mailings, and taking care of weed control along our boundaries. Dan looked for volunteers to come forward to keep the HOA going, but no takers stepped up. The only recourse was to formally shut down the Parkborough HOA after 34 years.

We'd also like to thank everyone else who was involved in the Parkborough voluntary HOA over the years, from board volunteers, to the folks hosting the Parkborough website at no charge. Thank you all.

In closing, the City of Centennial and Centennial Code Compliance has informed us that going forward, all weed control for houses with property adjoining the shoulders of city streets is the responsibility of that homeowner. Be aware, if you do not maintain your section of adjoining property to city streets, including adjoining property outside of your fence line but still directly behind your house, you can be hit with a code violation. If you have questions, you can call the City of Centennial directly at 303-325-8000.

Paying your Annual Parkborough Homeowners Dues is essential in maintaining your neighborhood and keeping up the value of your home and community. Your payment of just $48.00 per year (only $4.00 per month) is greatly appreciated.

Of the 613 homes in Parkborough, 38 have paid their dues in 2017. In 2016, 91 homes, or 15% of the total homes in Parkborough, paid dues. Let's keep the dues coming in for 2017, and beat the 2016 collection!
