Parcy (the "Operator") takes the protection of user privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we handle personal information in our service "Parcy" (the "Service").

1.3 Chat Information • Message content in group chats • Message timestamps • Read status • Typing indicators
1.4 Device Information • Push notification tokens • OS type and version • App version • Device language settings • Device ID (anonymized)
1.5 Usage Information • App launch and usage times • Screen navigation history • Search history • Error logs and crash reports • Online status (based on privacy settings)
2. Purpose of Use
We use collected information for the following purposes: • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service • User authentication • Providing event matching features • Sending push notifications • Providing communication features between users • Providing customer support • Improving the Service and developing new features • Analyzing usage patterns • Detecting and preventing unauthorized use • Responding to Terms violations • Complying with legal obligations
3. Information Storage
Collected information is stored in the following locations: • User devices (AsyncStorage) • Cloud servers in Japan • Third-party service servers (see below)
We implement appropriate security measures to protect information.
4. Information Sharing
4.1 Sharing with Other Users The following information may be shared with other Users based on privacy settings: • Profile information (name, photo, bio, etc.) • Location information (based on privacy settings) • Interest tags • Events you create • Event Participants can view basic information of other Participants • Messages in group chats and online status (based on settings)
4.2 Sharing with Third-Party Services The Service uses the following third-party services and shares information as necessary: • Backend & Authentication (Supabase) • Push notification services (Expo Push Notifications) • Advertising services (AdMob / Google) • Subscription management (RevenueCat) • Error monitoring and analytics tools (Sentry)
These third-party services handle information according to their own privacy policies.
4.3 Legal Requests We may disclose personal information based on legal requirements in the following cases: • Court orders • Legally required disclosure requests • When necessary to protect life, health, or property
5. Information Protection
We implement the following measures to protect personal information: • Communication encryption (HTTPS/TLS) • Access controls • Regular security reviews • Employee training and education
However, we cannot guarantee complete security for internet communications.
6. User Rights
6.1 Access Rights Users can view their profile information, event information, and chat history within the Service.
6.2 Correction Rights Users can edit and update their information within the Service. Please promptly correct any inaccurate information.
6.3 Deletion Rights Users can delete their accounts at any time through the Service settings. Account deletion will remove: • Profile information • Event information you created • Participation application history • Chat messages
However, the following information may be retained for a certain period as required by law: • Logs for preventing unauthorized use • Information required to be retained by law
6.4 Control Rights Users can change the following settings: • Privacy settings (location visibility, etc.) • Notification settings (push notifications on/off) • Online status visibility
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Service may use Cookies or similar technologies (device identifiers, advertising IDs, etc.) for service improvement, appropriate ad delivery, and usage analysis.
8. Minors' Privacy
The Service prohibits use by individuals under 18 years of age. If we unintentionally collect information from individuals under 18, we will promptly delete it.
9. Data Retention Period
We retain various data for the following periods: • Account information: Until account deletion • Event information: 30-50 days after event ends, depending on plan • Chat messages: 30-50 days after event ends, depending on plan • Error logs: Up to 90 days • Unauthorized use logs: Up to 1 year
Deleted data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days until complete removal.
10. International Data Transfer
We primarily store information on servers in Japan. However, depending on the third-party services used, information may be transferred internationally.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify users through the Service if there are significant changes. Updated Policies become effective when posted on the Service.

4.2 第三者サービスとの共有 本サービスは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、必要な範囲で情報を共有します： ・バックエンド・認証基盤（Supabase） ・プッシュ通知サービス（Expo Push Notifications） ・広告配信サービス（AdMob / Google） ・課金管理サービス（RevenueCat） ・エラー監視・分析ツール（Sentry）
これらの第三者サービスは、それぞれ独自のプライバシーポリシーに従い情報を取り扱います。
4.3 法的要請への対応 運営者は、以下の場合に、法令に基づき個人情報を開示することがあります： ・裁判所の命令がある場合 ・法令に基づく開示要請がある場合 ・生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
5. 情報の保護

6.3 削除権 ユーザーは、本サービスの設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除により、以下の情報が削除されます： ・プロフィール情報 ・作成したイベント情報 ・参加申請履歴\・チャットメッセージ
ただし、以下の情報は、法令に基づき一定期間保管される場合があります： ・不正利用防止のためのログ ・法令により保管が義務付けられている情報
6.4 制御権 ユーザーは、以下の設定を変更できます： ・プライバシー設定（エリアの公開範囲等） ・通知設定（プッシュ通知のオン・オフ） ・オンライン状態の公開・非公開
7. Cookie・トラッキング
本サービスは、サービスの改善や適切な広告配信、および利用状況の分析のために、Cookieやこれに類する技術（端末識別子、広告ID等）を使用する場合があります。
8. 未成年者のプライバシー
本サービスは18歳未満の方の利用を禁止しています。18歳未満の方から意図せず情報を収集した場合、速やかに削除します。
9. データ保持期間
運営者は、各種データを以下の期間保持します： ・アカウント情報：アカウント削除まで ・イベント情報：イベント終了後、プランに応じて30日〜50日間 ・チャットメッセージ：イベント終了後、プランに応じて30日〜50日間 ・エラーログ：最大90日間 ・不正利用ログ：最大1年間
削除されたデータは、バックアップから完全に削除されるまで最大30日間保持される場合があります。
10. 国際的なデータ転送
運営者は、原則として日本国内のサーバーに情報を保存します。ただし、利用する第三者サービスによっては、情報が国外に転送される場合があります。
11. ポリシーの変更
運営者は、本ポリシーを随時変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上で通知します。変更後のポリシーは、本サービス上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
