This trial allows you to experience the date night concierge service we are building for the period between June 11 and 7 July at a cost of £5. By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge these terms:

1. Service Access and Limitations:

• Trial functionality: 

  • This trial is a manual version of our concierge app to help parents organise a date night. 

  • We will lock in a date with your partner or friend, confirm and brief a babysitter you already trust and find a perfect destination. 

  • We will take you through the onboarding process and give you a few destination options to choose from.

• Limitations and refunds: 

  • This is not a fully automated process just yet and all communication will run via Whatsapp and email. 

  • Due to the limited timeframe of the trial, we can not guarantee we will find a date that will suit you both. If we can not arrange a date night, you will receive a full refund. 

  • You have the right to cancel a date night with prior notice of 24 hours. We will try our best to reschedule it within the timeframe of the trial, if we fail to do so, you will receive a refund.

2. Data Persistence:

We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. The following outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data during the trial.

A. Data Collection

During the trial, you will share various types of data with us, including:

• Personal Information: This may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, family information,...

• Usage Data: This may include information about how you interact with the service, such as features used, frequency of use, and specific actions taken within the trial.

• Feedback: This may include any comments, suggestions, or bug reports you provide about the trial.

B. Data Use

We will use your data for the following purposes:

• To improve the functionality and usability of the app we are building.

• To personalise your experience with the app.

• To provide you with support and troubleshoot any issues you encounter.

C. Data Storage and Security

We will store your data securely using industry-standard practices and all communication is encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

D. Data Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. We may share anonymized and aggregated data about app usage with third-party service providers who help us improve the app.

E. Data Retention

We will retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above or until you request its deletion.

F. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw your consent for data processing (where applicable)

3. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The parandly trial service and all related services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We do not warrant that the results obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that the use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Client Responsibilities

In addition to the general terms outlined above, you (the client) are responsible for the following to minimize risks and ensure a smooth babysitting experience:

• Child's Needs and Medical Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your child's needs, including age, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contact information. You are responsible for informing the babysitter of any specific instructions or routines for your child.

• Emergency Preparedness: You will ensure the babysitter is aware of the location of the first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and emergency exits in your home. You will also provide clear instructions on how to contact emergency services if needed.

• Safe Environment: You are responsible for ensuring your home is safe for the babysitter and your children. This includes removing any potential hazards, such as choking risks, sharp objects, or unlocked medicine cabinets.

• Supervision: While the babysitter is responsible for your child's well-being, you acknowledge that some level of supervision, particularly for younger children, may still be necessary.

• Communication: You agree to be reachable by phone or other designated means of communication throughout the babysitting session.

• Insurance: It is recommended that you maintain homeowner's or renter's insurance with appropriate liability coverage for childcare services provided in your home.

5. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the babysitter service.

• We are not responsible for the direct actions, inactions or services provided by the babysitter.

• Loss of data, information, or business opportunities.

• Accidents caused by pre-existing medical conditions or unforeseeable events.

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App content.

• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or your account information.

• The performance or non-performance of the App or any services obtained through the App.

• The interruption or termination of the service.

• Viruses or other malicious code that may infect your device or other property due to your use of the App.

**OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP TRIAL, IF ANY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.**

This Limitation of Liability is intended to survive termination of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the service.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7. Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination:

We may terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause.
