Welcome to Parallel Hub ("we", "our", or "us"). Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle Android permissions, third-party SDKs, sandbox environments, and your rights as a user. By using our app, you agree to the policies described below.

1. What is Parallel Hub?

Parallel Hub is an Android application that enables you to clone and run multiple apps in a virtual sandbox environment on your device. Each cloned app functions as if it is running in its own separate space — isolated from other apps and your main Android system — allowing for secure, multi-instance usage of the same app (e.g., social media, messaging, games, etc.).

2. Data Collection Policy

Parallel Hub does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not collect your name, contact details, device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, MAC address), or behavioral data. All app cloning, execution, and data management are handled locally on your device. We do not operate any remote server infrastructure.

3. microG Disclaimer

To support apps that rely on Google APIs, the sandbox environment optionally supports microG, an open-source alternative to Google Play Services. Please note that microG is maintained independently of Parallel Hub, and we do not control or assume any responsibility for how it handles data. Visit https://microg.org for more information.

4. Ads and Monetization

This app is supported by advertisements. We may show ads from third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob or Facebook Audience Network.

• Ads may be non-personalized, meaning they are shown based on general context rather than personal tracking.

• Ad networks may collect device identifiers (like advertising ID), app usage data, and crash logs to serve and improve ads.

• We do not allow interest-based or behavioral ads targeting sensitive categories or minors.

You can manage ad personalization through your device settings.

5. Use of Permissions

Parallel Hub declares a wide range of Android permissions in its manifest. These permissions are necessary to simulate a full-featured Android environment for cloned apps within the virtual sandbox.

We do not request or use these permissions for our own operations.They are only exposed to cloned apps, which may request them at runtime based on their needs.Permission requests occur within the sandbox, and users can deny or approve them independently.

6. Why We Use QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES

Parallel Hub uses the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission exclusively to fetch the list of installed apps on your device. It display these apps so you can choose which ones to clone. This information is processed locally only and is never uploaded, stored, or transmitted. We do not track, analyze, or profile your app usage.

7.  Declared Permissions and Their Purpose

· Storage and Media Access:

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO allow cloned apps to access and manage media files within their own virtual environments.

· Camera and Microphone:

CAMERA, RECORD_AUDIO, and MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS are made available to apps that require camera input or voice recording functionality.

· Location Access:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION are exposed to apps that require location data, such as maps or delivery services.

· Phone, SMS, and Call Management:

READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, SEND_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS, READ_SMS, WRITE_SMS, READ_CALL_LOG, and WRITE_CALL_LOG are available to sandboxed apps that need telephony features.

· System Overlay and Background Services:

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, and RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED enable floating window features and ensure cloned apps can run background processes independently.

· Package and App Management:

INSTALL_PACKAGES, DELETE_PACKAGES, PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS, REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES, and QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES enable cloning, managing, and tracking apps within the sandbox only.

· Device Features and Others:

BLUETOOTH, NFC, WAKE_LOCK, USE_FINGERPRINT, and others are declared so that cloned apps can access relevant device features if granted permission.

· Notification Access:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS is used to enable sandboxed apps to show notifications just like standard Android apps. 

These permissions do not affect your main Android system directly and are used solely within the sandboxed environment provided by Parallel Hub.

8. Data Isolation, Security, and Responsibility

Each cloned app is fully isolated from other apps and your system. Data does not leave the sandbox unless you explicitly allow it. Parallel Hub does not intercept, monitor, or influence the behavior or data flow of sandboxed apps. You are solely responsible for the apps you choose to clone and how you configure their permissions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or behaviors of the apps you choose to clone. Please refer to each app’s official privacy policy and terms before cloning and using it inside Parallel Hub.

9. Children’s Privacy

Parallel Hub is not designed for or directed toward children under the age of 13. However, we do not collect, process, or store any personal information from users — including children — either directly or indirectly. All app functionality operates entirely on-device within a local virtual environment, and no data is transmitted to any server or third party by Parallel Hub.

Because no data is collected, stored, or shared, there is no identifiable information that could be linked to a child or any user. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app inappropriately or in contradiction to any relevant law, you are encouraged to uninstall the app or disable access on the child’s device.

10. Your Rights and Controls

You retain full control over app permissions. You may accept or reject permissions requested by cloned apps. Uninstalling Parallel Hub will remove all sandbox data and cloned apps from your device.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. When we do, we will notify users either in the app or through updated documentation. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
