1. Nakapirma at kumpleto ang details ng inyong mga kliyente

2. Napalitan ang file name : <Type of Form> - <Lot No> - <Client Name>

Example: RA-Lot 1 -Juan Dela Cruz

A. PP - Proof of Reservation Payment

B. ID - Valid ID with 3 specimen signature

C. RA - Reservation Agreement

D. BIS - Buyers Information Sheet

E. RL - Reserved Lot No. Confirmation
