   Nightly Rate: $460 USD per night  $350!!
Weekend Rate: $520 USD per night (weekends) $410!!
Weekly Stays: Book for 7+ nights and receive 9% off.
Monthly Stays: Book for 28+ nights and receive 15% off.
Major Holiday Weekends/Nights: $650 USD per night. $540!!

Minimum 3-night stay required.

Cleaning Fee: $250 (one-time fee). 

Pet Fee: Determined on a case-by-case basis and discussed with potential guests.

Applicable state and federal taxes will be applied.

While we strive to be accurate, fair, and accommodating, and to provide excellent customer service, there may be omissions or errors in pricing and terms. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, terms, and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit , Refunds, Cancellation Policy:

• All bookings to be paid in full upon booking dates. All refunds will have added charge of applicable transfers fee.

• For stays of 28 nights or less: A full refund is available if canceled at least one day before check-in.

• For stays longer than 28 nights: A full refund is available if canceled at least 30 days before check-in. After this period, the first 28 nights of the stay are non-refundable.

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM or later

Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM

House Rules: No smoking on the premises. Quiet hours  10:00 pm-7am.

Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, E-transfer, and wire transfers. 

Liability Disclaimer

By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, a further contract will be sent before booking stay.

1. Personal Responsibility:
   Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group during their stay. The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

2. Damages:
   Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of repairs or replacements will be added to cost of the stay at guests expense.

3. Personal Belongings:
   The property owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

4. Acts of Nature:
   The property owner is not liable for interruptions to services or inconveniences caused by weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control.

5. Compliance:
   Guests must comply with all house rules and local laws. Any violations may result in termination of the stay without a refund.

6. Health and Safety Risks:
   Guests assume all risks associated with the use of facilities or amenities (e.g., swimming pool, hot tub, stairs, etc.). Children must be supervised at all times.
