o We recognize the protection of our customers' personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") and securing their trust as an important social responsibility. All officers and employees are aware of the importance and responsibility of personal information management. We will comply with laws, regulations, guidelines, etc. related to personal information protection (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations") and make efforts to appropriately handle the personal information assets held by our company.
§ Handling of Personal Information
o (1) In handling the use of personal information, we will comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and ensure that only individuals who are authorized based on specific tasks and within the scope of the purpose of use handle the information, to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.
o (2) All officers and employees of our company will not disclose personal information acquired in the course of their duties to third parties without proper authorization, nor use it for improper purposes. This obligation remains in effect even after leaving our company.
§ Purpose of Use of Personal Information

§ Handling of Entrusted Personal Information
o When entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, we will conduct a review based on predetermined criteria to ensure the secure management of such information. We will also establish necessary contracts and take other measures required by laws and regulations. Paradigm X uses device information to understand the delivery status of advertisements, but this information does not identify individual users and does not infringe on privacy.
§ Implementation of Security Measures
o We will establish and implement reasonable organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security measures in accordance with laws and regulations to prevent the loss, leakage, alteration, etc. of personal information.
§ Inquiries Regarding Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, or Suspension of Use of Personal Information
o In accordance with laws and regulations, we will sincerely respond to requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and erasure of personal information held by us or our business partners. For procedures related to the disclosure of personal information, please fill out the necessary information on the designated forms and submit them to the contact point below. During the process, we will verify your identity based on the methods specified in the request forms.
§ Use of Android(TM) Advertising ID
o For services provided through Google Play, Paradigm X may use the Android advertising ID issued by Google Inc. The Android advertising ID is an identifier used to identify the customer's device when using Google Play. It is used to analyze customer behavior and display advertisements that are likely to be of interest to the customer (referred to as "interest-based advertising") on the customer's device (referred to as "purpose"). When using the Android advertising ID, we will comply with the terms of use set by Google Inc. for service providers and the opt-out settings for interest-based advertising specified by customers on Google Play. We will only use the Android advertising ID for the purpose described above and will not link it to personally identifiable information without the customer's explicit consent or associate it with persistent device IDs (e.g., SSAID, MAC addresses, IMEI).
§ Use of User Data in Android Apps
o (1) Data from Installed Apps
1. Paradigm X may collect installation information of apps on devices in order to manage apps installed on devices through apps provided on Google Play. The collected installation data will be used only within the respective app and will not be transmitted to external servers.
