Canon

Leblanc is a notorious thief. He waltz in and out of heists however he pleases. For that the authorities sought after him for years but the guy was a very slippery out-law to catch.

When he was finally caught he left four relics to the world; Thief of Shooting Meteor. His mask, gloves, grappling, hook and boots. 

Headcanon

When one thought their story ends by the time they were thrown into jail one was sorely mistaken! As easy as it is he just waltzed out of the prison dodging security system after security system, and came tagging along with him was a young prisoner girl who would soon be one of his apprentice and successor titled; Lenoir.
