Correctional Alteration Refinery Division

A division in the Prison that upholds the mission to rectify and discipline inmates towards "betterment". 

This Division was founded by Ariqeich Grey after noticing the lack of officers to keep the growing population of inmates at bay. Recruitment starts from age 7 where they teach principles and philosophy of a decent and righteous individual to the otherwise clueless children born in the prison amongst lawless persons of the previous generations.

Training for those recruited in the C.A.R.D. covers a wide range in the functionality of the prison. That includes medical, culinary, educational, technical, social, physical, etc. 

Once the enlisted individual passes these trainings with absolute obedience they official become a cadet who will be the guards of their own kind.
