Because your records are stored on your device, deleting the App may also permanently delete locally stored information unless you have separately exported or backed up that information.
We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

Personal health records from healthcare providers

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App.

If all App information is stored locally, uninstalling the App may permanently remove the locally stored data.
