🏢 Warehousing Services

Warehouse Setup Fee: (Receiving your boxes, organizing, and putting them on the shelves)

• $20 per hour with 1st hour complimentary

Climate-Controlled Storage

• $0.35 per cubic foot per month (With a $20 per month minimum charge)

Shelves & Bins

• Complimentary with storage rental

📦 Order Fulfillment Services

Common Sense Philosophy: We treat your products as if they were our own. We will not send out damaged or faulty products and will alert you to any inventory discrepancies or other problems we observe in order to protect and enhance your business. We will always strive to give your customers the best possible experience when receiving your products by mail.

Orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours with any weekend orders after 2pm Friday shipping by Tuesday. If there will be a delay due to volume of sales, size of order, or other circumstances, we will let you know within 24 hours. If you wish to have an order prioritized, simply let us know.

Flat Fee Pick & Pack with Complimentary Onboarding

• 10% of each sale value will be charged for every order shipped (allows you to build this cost into your price structure with certainty of costs)

• Minimum: $1 per order

·        Complimentary Onboarding: Initial integration of your sales platform with our shipping software

E-commerce Integrations

• API or platform integration with Shopify and Faire and other major platforms

Order Tracking & Reporting

• Tracking numbers added to orders immediately

• Inventory adjustments made automatically through integrations

Packing Materials

• Charged per shipment at our cost (no markup)

• Inserts and marketing material packing at no additional cost

• Use our packing materials or supply your own branded materials or custom boxes.

Shipping Charges

• Negotiated Discounted Rates Available with UPS

• Charged separately and billed at the end of month at our cost (no markup)

Special Handling such as Kitting & Assembly

• Combining multiple products into a single package or SKU

• Charged per kit or hourly at $20 per hour

🔧 Additional Services

Inventory Reporting, Customer Service, and Other Support Services

• 1 hour per month complimentary, $20 per hour thereafter

Returns Management (Reverse Logistics)

• Handling customer returns, inspection, inventory update, restocking, or disposal

• $20 per hour

🚚 Transportation Services

From Miami to Merritt Island Warehouse

• $0.50 per pound

• All services are billed monthly, unless otherwise arranged.

• End-of-the-month charges will typically include total postage used, total packaging materials used, and 10% of all sales processed.

$20 per hour will be added for any other services provided.
