1. 앱이 직접 저장하는 정보

Synapse Ent (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of Paper Sudoku (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and why it is processed.
1. Information Stored by the App
The App does not require registration or a proprietary user account. The following information is stored on your device to provide game functionality:
- Game progress and completion history
- Play records such as puzzle completion time, mistakes, hints, and note usage
- Selected backgrounds and preferences for language, sound, vibration, timer, and assist features
- Local state used to verify the ad-removal purchase status
This information is not sent to a server operated by the Developer. If you sign in to Google Play Games, some game data may be synchronized with Google’s storage service as described below. If you use Android Auto Backup or device-to-device transfer, some local preferences and progress data, excluding purchase entitlement, may be restored through Google or the device manufacturer’s backup service.
2. Advertising

The Developer does not directly collect or store payment method details such as card or bank account information. The App verifies purchase status provided by Google Play to deliver the purchased product and restore purchases.

4. Google Play Games
The App may use Google Play Games Services to provide automatic sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves. If you sign in to Play Games, the following information may be processed by Google or associated with your Google gaming profile:
- Play Games player ID, display name, and gaming profile information
- Google achievement status and progress
- Best completion time from Challenge Mode
- Game progress, preferences, achievement progress, and recent play history needed for cloud restoration
Play Games sign-in and account selection can be managed through Android and Google Play Games settings. The App does not include payment method information in cloud-save data.

8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed primarily to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child’s information may have been processed, please contact us using the information below.
9. Security
The App keeps the information it directly stores on your device and uses secure connections provided by external services when communicating with them. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

1. 약관의 적용
본 약관은 Synapse Ent가 제공하는 Paper Sudoku 앱과 관련 서비스의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱 이용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 스도쿠 퍼즐, 게임 진행 저장, 기록, Google Play Games 연동, 광고 및 선택적 인앱 상품을 제공합니다. 일부 온라인 기능은 인터넷 연결, Google Play 서비스 또는 Google 계정이 필요할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고 제거 상품
- remove_ads_forever는 Google Play 계정에 연결되는 비소모성 1회 구매 상품입니다.
- 구매 시 게임 화면의 배너 광고와 결과 전환 시 표시되는 전면 광고가 영구적으로 제거됩니다.
- 게임당 첫 5회의 힌트는 광고 없이 제공됩니다.
- 5회를 초과한 추가 힌트에는 이용자가 선택하여 시청하는 보상형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 구매 가격, 결제, 환불 및 구매 복원에는 Google Play의 결제 조건과 정책이 적용됩니다.
4. 이용자의 책임
이용자는 앱을 관계 법령에 위반되는 방식으로 사용하거나, 앱·광고·결제·순위 시스템을 조작하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 지식재산권
앱의 코드, 디자인, 문구, 이미지, 캐릭터 및 기타 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 Synapse Ent 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 별도 허가 없이 복제, 재배포 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
6. 서비스 변경과 중단
개발자는 품질 향상, 보안, 정책 준수 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 앱 기능을 변경하거나 일부 온라인 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이미 구매한 광고 제거 권한은 Google Play 구매 기록을 기준으로 가능한 범위에서 계속 복원할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
7. 보증과 책임의 제한

Paper Sudoku Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These Terms apply to the Paper Sudoku app and related services provided by Synapse Ent. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the App.
2. Service
The App provides Sudoku puzzles, game progress, records, Google Play Games features, advertising, and an optional in-app product. Some online features may require an internet connection, Google Play services, or a Google account.
3. Ad-removal product
- remove_ads_forever is a non-consumable, one-time product associated with the purchasing Google Play account.
- It permanently removes banner ads from gameplay and interstitial ads shown at result transitions.
- The first five hints in each game are available without an ad.
- Additional hints after the first five may offer an optional rewarded ad.
- Price, payment, refund, and restoration are governed by Google Play billing terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the App unlawfully, manipulate the App’s advertising, billing, achievements, or leaderboards, or interfere with operation of the service.
5. Intellectual property
The App’s code, design, text, artwork, characters, and other content belong to Synapse Ent or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
6. Changes and availability
We may change features or discontinue online functions for quality, security, policy, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to continue restoring purchased ad-removal entitlement based on Google Play purchase records.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided as available. Liability for indirect loss caused by device conditions, network failures, Google service outages, or user settings is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
