A message from our President - Alicia Cuppy

P.A.P.A’s Ministry is in memory of my Daddy. He was known by many as Don, Donnie, Dad, and Papa. He passed away October 8, 2021. A few months before he passed, him and my son Micah were talking and decided to start making bags for the homeless. These bags included blankets, hats, scarves, socks, a water bottle, hygiene products, some non-perishables, and a Bible. My parents and my family would go around our community and surrounding areas handing these out, and finding out other ways we could help. Since my Daddy’s passing, we have started monthly events where we give out free hot meals, clothes, food, and the bags we originally started with. Before doing this with my family and church family, I didn’t realize how many were in need of these things, as well as the need of finding their way to learning about our Savior Jesus Christ. P.A.P.A’s Ministry will help so many, and will make my Daddy’s memory live forever.

For those who don’t know me, I have always thought I knew what faith was, but I don’t feel that I truly found my faith until this past May. I attended church for the first time in a very long time with my Mom, Dad, and my son, Micah. With everything I and my family went through with my Daddy being sick, down to being there with him when he went to be with Jesus, I could never have done that without the faith that I have now!
