Neighbors can contact the PA Council board members directly via email by clicking on their name. The PAC encourages neighbors to signup for the PA neighborhood listserv, use the link below to join. Neighbors can also pay their yearly dues as well via VENMO.
The PAC was recently awarded a LYB Mini-Grant to beautify our Panhandle Annex neighborhood. As the projects progress this website will be the place to keep up on the latest information.

A great way to stay up to date with what is going on in the neighborhood. To be added to our listserv please email Karen Franklin at kfranklin007@hotmail.com Please provide her with your first and last name, street address and email.
We ask each household donate $10/year for dues. If you can not afford this much donate what you can. If you can afford more, please feel free to give more. This money is used to keep our neighborhood as a part of the Richmond Neighborhood Coordination Council (RNCC) and to pay for our annual neighborhood events. Dues can be paid via Venmo or in person at any of our neighborhood council meetings or events.
