Arthur Pander Maat

I am currently a fourth-year PhD student at Queen Mary's University of London, being supervised by Behrang Noohi (QMUL) and Ivo Dell'Ambrogio (Université de Lille).

In 2018 I completed a 4-year MMath degree at the University of Oxford.

I can be reached at a.j.m.pandermaat[at]qmul[dot]ac[dot]uk.

Research interests

My interests lie in non-commutative geometry, homotopy theory, and category theory. Specifically, at the moment I am thinking about:

Writing by me

Hilbert modules over C∗-categories: this is a preprint based on the first chapters of my thesis.

Here is my master's dissertation on the Atiyah-Segal completion theorem, supervised by André Henriques.

Talks

Below is a list of talks I've given:

Hilbert modules over C*-categories, NYC NCG seminar. Slides, Video. This is a more extended presentation of my thesis material, along with some new work on the same topic.

The Eilenberg-Watts theorem and Morita theory over C*-categories, NSeaG conference 2023, Bonn. Video recording. This is a (hopefully accessible) summary of my thesis results so far in under 30 minutes.
