Welcome to Arrow Rush. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control.
2. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, modify, rent, sell, distribute, or otherwise misuse the app; interfere with the service, leaderboards, or purchase flow; or use automation, cheats, or any method that violates applicable law.
3. Accounts and third-party services
Leaderboards and purchases may require Apple Game Center or App Store services. Your relationship with Apple regarding accounts, payments, and those services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
4. Purchases and Arrow Pro
Arrow Pro is a one-time digital-content unlock. Price, currency, taxes, refunds, and purchase eligibility are determined by Apple App Store rules. You may use Restore Purchases to restore eligible content.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its code, text, graphics, sound, gameplay, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
7. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. We may update, change, or discontinue features and will provide notice of material changes in the app or on this page.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to applicable mandatory law. Please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution of any concern or dispute.
