What is included with our stay?
Our rental includes all the furnishings of a typical vacation home. Each bathroom will include toilet paper (2), shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Towels and washcloths are also provided.
The kitchen will include paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and a little coffee to start your trip off on the right foot. Pots, pans, utensils, and a full set of dishes and glassware are also included.
Our unit also includes beach service from March 1 - October 31. This means you'll have access to 2 padded beach chairs and an umbrella.

How do I book this condo?

What if I have to cancel?
If you give us notice more than 60 days before the start of your reservation, we'll refund 100% of any amount you have paid. Inside of 60 days, there will be no refund. If we are able to book a new guest to replace your stay, we will process a refund less a $100 fee.
How do I check-in and out?
We'll send an email after your final payment is made. Included will be arrival information and your door code. This code will begin working at 4pm CST on the day of your arrival. On the last day of your stay make sure you leave by 10am CST and be sure to shut the door. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
Why should I book with you?
Booking directly with us, vs VRBO/HomeAway/AirBnB, will save you from paying extra service fees and taxes.
How do I make payment?
50% of your total reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your stay. We can accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer.
Are there any other fees?
When you book directly with us the only fees you'll have to pay are a $150 cleaning fee.
What about parking?
The parking garage at the resort requires a parking permit for each vehicle. The cost of a parking pass is $20 per vehicle and can be purchased at www.celadonparking.com, please print your pass in advance of your stay.
What other rules are there?
The building has a strict policy of NO PETS. There is NO SMOKING, including on balconies. We also have a minimum age requirement of 25 years to make a reservation. No student groups are allowed.
How do I provide a review?
We'll reach out to you after your stay for feedback. If you had a great time, the best thing you can do for us is to tell your friends and family. We love seeing posts on social media as well. Be sure to use the hashtag #PCBPENTHOUSE
