Q & A
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing starts at $10 for 12 minutes of wash time. Time can be added to the end of the wash when the warning beeper begins to sound by either pressing the green button on the card swiper for an additional minute per push at $1 per minute or by inserting additional cash. If time gets too low an additional $10 will need to be inserted to re-start the equipment. The maximum charge allowed per wash is $25. If that limit is reached the card will need to be swiped again at $10.
NOTE: you may also see a pre-authorization of $25 on your card statement until the payment settles at the correct amount actually spent.
Q. Can I groom my pet in the wash bays?
A: We kindly request that no grooming be completed in the wash bays and that only pet washing takes place to avoid tying up the bays for a customer who needs to wash. This also helps avoid big messes and excessive hair. If a mess is made we greatly appreciate when a little extra time is spent to clean it up for the next guest as we aren't able clean between every guest. We try to keep them as clean as possible but need a little help from our awesome customers.
Q: Should I bring a towel?
A: We do have blow dryers available but many of our customers like to bring their own towel to finish the drying process.
Q: How do I make my pet smell and feel the best while receiving the most value?
A: We recommend working through each step posted above the wash tub for the best results. We highly recommend utilizing the pet deodorizer for the best, longest lasting good smells!
Q: Is it normal for the soaps to dispense at a lower pressure than the rinse cycle?
A: Yes, in order for the soaps to dispense properly they are dispensed at a lower pressure than the rinse cycle. We always recommend rinsing your dog prior to starting any soap applications to wet the hair thoroughly which will speed up the process.
Q: Will the pet wash work for pets of all sizes?
A: Yes, it will accommodate dogs and cats of all sizes. While you may have to lean over for some very small pets the elevated wash tub usually puts them at about the right height. Very large pets can even be washed on the floor if needed as the floor drains as well. Some pets don't like the tub or can't get up into it so this works well for those pets.
Q: What if i have an issue, need help, or the wash bay needs attention?
A: If you have an issue, need help, or there is a problem at any of our facilities our number is posted in the wash bay or in the contact section below. Feel free to text or call us. We try to be available as much as possible. but if we aren't available please leave us a message so we can get back to you. Calls are usually best for a quicker response.
Q: Does my pet need to be on a leash and is there a restraint for washing?
A: Yes, we ask that all pets be on a leash when visiting our pet washes for their safety and the safety of others. There are cable restraints above the wash tub that can be used under close supervision and at your own risk. To use the provided restraints your pet will need to have a collar on. Never leave your pet in the wash bay unattended.
Q: What if my pet has to go potty during my visit?
A: There are convenient pet waste stations located directly outside the pet wash and we ask that you clean up after your pet when done.

My wife and I were raised in Cache Valley and are now raising our family of 5 here as well. We love Cache Valley and have enjoyed owning and operating several small businesses in the community over the last 18 years. We noticed there was a need for a self-serve pet wash facility in the area and thought it would be a great business to operate with our family and kids as they grow up. We are grateful for the support of our community and look forward to serving you for years to come.
Our Promise:
