Fitness means different things to different people. For me, fitness means being in the type of physical and mental shape that allows me to fully enjoy the things that I love. The things that I love happen to be physically demanding sports that involve endurance, speed and confidence; all of which have grown immensely over the last few years, throughout my journey to fitness.
Setting goals for your fitness can be extremely motivating as well. Whether your goal involves training for a specific event or just feeling great in your favorite jeans, set yourself a timeline, plan for success and get working!
Possibly the most important element to getting yourself into your ideal shape is developing a plan that you can be consistent with. Establishing healthy habits and routines will allow you to remain constant in your efforts and set the stage for long-term success.
