Dr. Pallabi Saikia

Dr. Saikia is currently Assistant Professor of the Department of Mathematics, N. N. Saikia College, Titabar, Jorhat, Assam, India. Her research areas cover Mathematical Demography, Mortality, Mathematical Modelling, Iteration Method. She received her doctorate degree in Mathematics from Tezpur University, Assam, India. She has been working under the supervision of Prof. Munindra Borah, Department of mathematics, Tezpur University, Tezpur, India. She obtained her M. Sc. in Mathematics from Tezpur University in 2011 and B.Sc. in Mathematics from govt. Science college (Now Jorhat Institute of Science and Technology), Jorhat, Assam.

Dr. Saikia is daughter of Late Prodip Kumar Saikia and Mrs. Mina Saikia from Jorhat, Assam, India and wife of Dr. Dimpal Jyoti Mahanta from Sri Sri Bihimpur Satra, Kachumari, Moran, Charaideu, Assam, India.
