Palasay Momentos is a family-owned business founded by Alicia Palasay, alongside her husband Rudy and their children, Tatiana and Mateo. Having spent over 25 years building their life together in South Florida, the Palasay family has deep roots in the community and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.

Tatiana, with a background in Nutrition and Dietetics, brings a natural passion for helping others and enhancing wellbeing, while Mateo’s interest in hospitality reflects the family’s shared commitment to service and guest experience.
Although officially established in early 2026, the vision behind Palasay Momentos has always been rooted in bringing people together, supporting local communities, and creating moments that matter. Today, Alicia and Tatiana lead the experience—working closely with clients to elevate events and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable and engaging experience.
